insulin amount (0-250 units), and press the

SELECT button.

3. Check that the date and time for this entry are correct. Press the

SELECT buttontoconrm.

4. Press the LEFT or RIGHT button to choose

either“OK”toconrmthisentryor“Cancel”

to discard this entry, and then press the

SELECT button. You will return to the Events

menu.

10.1.5 EXERCISE

The Exercise event lets you enter intensity (light, medium, or heavy) and

duration (up to 360 minutes).

1. From the Events menu press the UP or

DOWN button to choose “Exercise,” and

press the SELECT button.
